Mourvèdre (here at 60% of the blend) is a Zen grape variety. He East, that is all. It attracts light to itself while it is paradoxically dense and deep like a black hole. Its inertia is considerable. This cuvée slowly reveals its rich and powerful fruitiness within a solid, yet fine and captivating structure. An animal protein is in order here. (10+) ©
