Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Triple Zero Montlouis Sparkling Original | For a successful aperitif

In the name Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Triple Zero Montlouis Pétillant Originel, Triple Zero means that the wine is made without any added sugar or yeast.

The must ferments with indigenous yeasts in neutral barrels, then is transferred to bottles with 12 g of unfermented sugar. Fermentation resumes, and the carbon dioxide produced is trapped in the bottle, just like a natural sparkling wine. Except that the original Montlouis sparkling wines must be disgorged and contain less than 5 g of sugar: they are therefore clear and dry. That of the Taille aux Loups is a real delight, fine and powerful, complex and unique. Aromas of hay, flowering fields, russet apple and gentian develop on the nose.

The wine is very dry, tense, with very fine bubbles. Delicate notes of almond and gunflint stretch out on a finish with a mineral impression, with a slight tannic sensation.
