Sarah’s creations and specialty is a company that is steeped in this colorful and sweet culture, that of Reunion Island. The pastry chef offers a wide selection of Reunionese cakes in 3 formats: bite-size, muffin and 6-part cake. A craftsmanship, for small wonders as appetizing as they are good. Pastry bites prepared with fresh and local products. Sarah also offers several flavours: Victoria pineapple/rum, sweet potato, chocolate, coconut, banana and corn flour. Her best seller is a recipe from her mother: sweet potato cake. Sarah was born on Reunion Island, learned cooking with her parents but also her grandparents. During a trip to Bordeaux, friends advised her to start her business, Sarah launched herself by settling in the Gironde capital, in mainland France.
