Do we have fun with cheese?

He also offered to talk with Charles Edouard and Jeanne, his cheese makers from the Haussonville Market in Nancy. We got a lot of info on the different kinds of cheese, especially the one used to make mozzarella. We also talked about food and wine pairing.
