To grow aromatics, you need aromatics and pots or vegetable plots, and even a garden, soil and suitable exposure. What are the essential aromatics that you must have in the garden? You know them ! It’s thyme, rosemary, sage, chives, parsley, etc.

Like all plants, aromatics have their preferred growing conditions. Some love the sun, this is the case with thyme and rosemary. While others prefer the coolness of shade and especially shade in the afternoon, this is the case with parsley or mint. You can grow them in a window box, in a pot or in the ground. Do as you see fit. Just know that most are bee-producing plants that attract bees, which pollinate your fruits and vegetables, so an asset to promote the production of your vegetable garden and orchard.

Raw, cooked, dried, aromatic plants add flavor to any dish. It would be a real shame to deprive yourself of it.
