Extreme diver Lysanne Richard is due to take an enforced break due to an injury sustained in training, she announced on her Facebook page on Wednesday.

The one who dives at heights of more than 25 meters suffered a concussion, in what she describes as a “simple basic movement”, from the 10-meter tower.
In addition to the concussion, she also specifies that she also has a perforated eardrum.
“I take a lesson from all of this and I wanted to make you aware to never take anything for granted,” she added.
The 40-year-old thanks her fans for their unconditional support and hopes to get back into shape quickly.
