Discovery of the Montenach nature reserve in the Pays des Trois Frontières

In the land of three borders on the Montenach nature reserve near Sierck-les-Bains in the company of:

  • Pierre Wernain, curator of the Montenach National Nature Reserve
  • Anne Jolas, director of the Maison de la Nature called La Cabane

The Montenach nature reserve is a real paradise for flora and fauna with more than 600 species of butterflies, some of which are endangered and rare, such as the Butterflies orange wings checkerboard.

We are talking about the black, blue and green frame, this plant corridor that allows animals and plants to feed and reproduce, another exciting program that offers solutions for biodiversity!

Participate in volunteer workcamps in Lorraine : a way of understanding this nature which is close to our home. The idea is to get involved in favor of natural spaces, the next project is organized at the Maison de la Nature du Pays de Sierck Saturday 24 September from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
