Discovery of PASTIS D’ARMAGNAC from Saint-Justin

Originally Antoine got his recipe from his grandmother called “lala”. A recipe that she passed on to him and that he himself shared with Coralie who shares his life. A pastis not flavored with rum, or anise or even white wine but rather Armagnac. Armagnac from Nelly Lacave, producer of Frech, then flavored with vanilla from Madagascar by Coralie and Antoine. A recipe that makes this pastis very fragrant.

A pastis neither too brioche nor too compact and which also comes in a mini version! 9 euros 50 for the big one and 1 euro 50 for the small one!
