Discovering the cuisine of the restaurant “Le Mathuzar” in Valence

Follow us, live from the kitchens of the Mathuzar restaurant in Valence.

We were welcomed there by Laurence Donat and received by chefs Anthony Coppola and Dominique Zuppone, who opened their kitchen to us. We therefore invite you to live a unique experience, around the chef’s dishes, associated with the tasting of wines selected, aged and presented by the winemaker Raphaël Pommier of the Domaine “Notre Dame de Cousignac” (07).
