Yoghurt, butter, cheeses… the Rabot cheese dairy in St Loup treats you to its good products!

He’s a young cheesemaker… Marton Rabot is 25 and it’s been almost 5 years since he launched the farm cheese dairy with his dad… he’s having an open day on May 22, 2022.

The GAEC Rabot farm in Saint-Loup (51)

His products :

– Pasteurized milk or raw milk.

– Plain yoghurt or natural lemon, and the stirred with fruit preparation strawberry, apricot, raspberry… pineapple, rhubarb chestnut cream with pasteurized milk. It has also just launched an ephemeral range of yogurts with original flavors that change regularly.

– Raw milk, semi-salted butter, cream, cottage cheese

– Camembert-type cheese: ashy, aperitif cork.

Direct sales store at the farm and in locavors, at the Sacrés Fermiers store in Cernay-Les-Reims, at the center farm in Châlons.
