What is hand fit?
For 45 minutes, the handfit offers you exercises such as:
– muscle warm-up
– flexibility
– joint work (mainly ankles, knees, hips and shoulders)
– cardio training
– motor skills, balance and muscle strengthening
Handfit is a practice considered as “Health Sport” and whose objective is to favor group physical activity, with emphasis on the notions of pleasure, health and well-being, all in conviviality, exchange and sharing.
During the session, several exercises are covered. They allow practitioners to improve their balance and flexibility, to work on cardiac and respiratory function, but also to discover handball in the form of a game.
