According to Julien Kambourian, director of La Nouvelle Agence, these discounts are usual to convince banks to grant a loan. “The promoters are realizing that sometimes, we can miss a loan not because we do not have the capacity to finance it, but just that under the conditions of grant, we have the package notary fees, bank guarantee fees, application fees and sometimes brokerage fees that must be managed to finance with own funds “, indicates the salesperson.
