Disconnect from social networks during the holidays

“Drop that phone, it’s the holidays.” This phrase, we have all heard it at least once. More than half of French people would like to reduce the time spent on social networks during their holidays. Even more surprisingly, it is young people who would like to disconnect the most. However, in reality, forgetting the existence of your smartphone is less easy than it seems.

But then, how to disconnect without biting your fingers to miss what is happening on social networks?

There are techniques to better get rid of your smartphone, disconnect personal and professional uses, avoid comparing yourself to others and receiving too much information, sometimes anxiety-provoking.
