>> Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: two years later, a trial without confession, without body, or crime scene looms
Delphine Jubillar disappeared in Tarn on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. Her body has not been found. Her husband, Cédric, is suspected of having killed the 33-year-old nurse. He is indicted for aggravated murder and has been in pre-trial detention at the Seysses remand center, near Toulouse, since June 2021. The couple was in the process of divorcing.
The parties now have a certain period of time to make possible requests and observations, before the prosecution sends its final requisitions to the two investigating judges in charge of the investigation and the trial can take place.
The disappearance of Delphine Jubillar caused a significant stir in France in the run-up to Christmas and shortly after the conviction – in another case – of Jonathann Daval for the murder of his wife in Haute-Saône.
