Cedric Jubillar continues to proclaim his innocence a year after the disappearance of his wife Delphine. He was heard again Friday, December 3 by investigating judges and was confronted with the statements of his son.
For six hours, friday December 3, facing two investigating judges from Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), Cedric Jubillar explained himself on the course of the night when his wife, Delphine, has disappeared. Calm, determined, he maintained his version of the facts: on the evening of December 15, 2020, nothing special happened at home. However, investigators have disturbing testimonies: those from two neighbors of Jubillar, who heard screams near their house.
Another gray area: Cédric’s cell phone Jubillar. Why was he untraceable this night ? He says he was playing an online game when the device suddenly turned off. He would then have put it back in charge. But scientific analysis of the battery indicates that it discharged between its extinction and its re-ignition. It is on the testimony of his six-year-old son at the time of the events that Cédric Jubillar has been questioned the longest. The child claims, in his latest version, to have heard his parents arguing violently. Next week, for the fourth time, lawyers for the main suspect will request his release.
