Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: her friend Anne, one of the last to have seen her alive, finally speaks!

Delphine Jubillar has not given any sign of life since the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. The investigation is continuing, no leads have been ruled out but it is undeniable that that of her husband, suspect number 1 in pre-trial detention since June 2021, is the most explored. He is the last to have seen alive the mother of his two children, with whom he had started divorce proceedings. So what happened on that day in December? The RMC Story documentary, produced in collaboration with Ronan Folgoas the author of Jubillar Mysteryjournalist of Parisian-Today in France, attempts to provide elements to understand this case which has still not been resolved after more than fifteen months of investigation. The film gives voice to several relatives of the young woman, including her best friend, Anne.

On December 15, 2020, Delphine Jubillar is on vacation. After going to the bank in Albi with her 18-month-old daughter Elyah, she finds her great friend Anne for a lunch like so many others at 11 a.m. She is one of the last to have seen alive the disappeared and witness for the first time face down in front of the cameras. “We talked about the Christmas present, things that were part of life at that time. We are mid-December, we are in the preparations for Christmas. We talked so much that we didn’t realize it was noon and that we had to be at noon sharp in front of the school gate. So, I left quickly, I let him put his daughter in the car, here it is“, says, moved, the close friend of Delphine.

This is the last time Anne will hear from Delphine Jubillar. She will also describe the painter-plasterer known to be angry and impulsive. “Each time Cédric arrived, Delphine was not necessarily the same. As if we had an off/on button. She could be more extinguished, more erased. We felt like a disappointment that he was there“, she explains for the film-investigation. Like Delphine’s uncle and aunt, she does not paint a tender portrait of this controversial man who proclaims his innocence.

Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
