The disappearance of Delphine Jubillar is still accompanied by several gray areas. Because in this legal case, most of the leads were not fully exploited by the investigators. Especially that of the nurse’s lover. Based on information obtained by BFMTV, on November 16, 2021, the lover and his wife had an alibi for the evening of December 15 to 16, 2020.
On the evening of the disappearance, Delphine Jubillar’s lover and his wife shared that they had spent their entire evening together in their house. After having dinner at home, the latter said they then watched television before going to bed at around 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. To that, BFMTV also reveals that during this famous evening, the wife of the lover had discovered the pot-aux-roses and had even contacted the 33-year-old nurse. According to his statements to investigators, the latter had sent him a message to the mother to ask him “to keep this extra-marital relationship secret“while waiting for her divorce.
Delphine and her lover had plans
Auditioned several times by investigators, Delphine Jubillar’s lover shared many details about their relationship. After meeting the nurse on the extra-marital dating app Gleeden, the latter shared that he regularly saw the mother in hotels. Very much in love, they even had plans to get married in the coming months and were considering having a child. However, what did not escape the investigators is the date of their last meeting: namely, December 12, 2020. The latter saw him only a few days before his disappearance.
Incarcerated since June 18, 2021 at the Seysses (Toulouse) remand center, Cédric Jubillar continues to proclaim his innocence. After making a first request for release, the husband of Delphine Jubillar recently reiterated this request. A release that was not accepted by the courts.
