Since the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, investigators have been exploring all avenues to explain the disappearance of the nurse, mother of two children, Delphine Jubillar. Incarcerated in the Toulouse-Seysses remand center since June 2021, her husband Cédric, with whom she was in divorce proceedings – she had also met another man – would have made explosive revelations to a fellow prisoner. Nicknamed Marco, this man with a well-filled criminal record is now free and has informed the justice system of the information that his former comrades behind bars would have transmitted to him. Not wanting to rule out any leads, the investigators dug into his statements and the surroundings of Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn, the city of the missing person.
The search to find a trace of Delphine Jubillar has mobilized impressive resources since the start of this case, which was still unsolved at the end of 2020. According to her confidences to her fellow prisoner Marco, “he would have mentioned an embankment that would have allowed him to roll the body of his wife. Then he would have picked it up downstairs. According to his companion Séverine, with whom he got into a relationship a few weeks before being imprisoned, Cédric Jubillar is playing Marco and the investigators. Known to be a provocateur, tired of being considered the ideal culprit or truly implicated in this disappearance, Cédric seems to be playing with the investigators, but justice cannot do without research: specialists have thus dug earthworks, in vain.
