Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: a new unexplored track?

Disappeared since the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 in Cagnac-Les-Mines, Delphine Jubillar has not given a sign of life for more than a year. Considered the main suspect in this mysterious case, her husband Cédric was indicted for “spousal homicide” and imprisoned in Toulouse-Seysses prison in June 2021. However, his new companion Séverine L. denounces judicial harassment against the 34-year-old painter and plasterer and reveals that a serious lead would have been overlooked by the investigators. Indeed, a motorhome was present not far from the home of the Jubillar couple at the time of the disappearance of the Albi nurse. Inside, a man had decided to settle in the region and had met Cédric and Delphine Jubillar.

However, one of the rare traces of the mother of Louis and Elyah found by the investigators was near this motorhome on a pétanque court located near the house of the Jubillar couple. Interviewed by journalist Patrick Isson of RTL, Séverine L. also confided that Cédric regularly played boules with the occupant of the motorhome before the disappearance of his wife. She revealed that the nurse had already climbed into the motorhome before her disappearance.

Revelations to be taken with a grain of salt, however, since the new companion of Cédric had already on many occasions doubted the innocence of his companion. According to The Parisianshe reportedly told investigators: “I think he is guilty. I think he actually killed her. I was manipulated, I believed it, I blame myself for having believed it. He’s so good at lying to me looking me straight in the eye.”

In June 2021, she had also expressed her suspicions regarding her boyfriend, whom she found surprisingly very detached regarding the disappearance of his wife. “Looking back, I never saw him really looking for his wife. In fact, I accompanied him to a rally a few weeks ago. I had the impression that he was just going there out of obligation to show himself. I find that Cédric has changed his behavior recently. (…) I find him detached from the case.” she had thus indicated to the journalists of the Parisian.

Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
