Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: A knife as a murder weapon? A fellow prisoner swings!

Considered the number one suspect in the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, Cédric is the last to have seen the Albi nurse alive. Incarcerated in Toulouse-Seysses prison since June 2021, the 34-year-old painter and plasterer continues to proclaim his innocence, but the latest confidences from one of his former fellow prisoners risk undermining his argument. According to The Parisian, Marco would have revealed to the investigators in charge of this case many confidences of Séverine’s companion that he would have made shortly before his release to him and another fellow prisoner.

According to this 36-year-old man of Corsican origin, another prisoner would have witnessed the confessions of the father of Louis and Elyah, through interposed windows. Cédric would have told them that he had taken the life of his wife, with a knife. Mockery vis-à-vis the investigators, he would have confided to them: “These morons, they didn’t even find the knife“. Questioned by the gendarmes, this other co-detainee of the painter-plaquiste would have kept “an execrable vision of Cédric Jubillar“who had a”unbearable behavior“.

According to Marco’s revelations, Cédric would have buried his wife’s body near a farm that burned down in Cagnac-Les-Mines. An area that should soon be the subject of “large-scale excavations” according to The Parisian. According to Marco, Séverine would be in the confidence of the whereabouts of Delphine’s body. Cédric would have asked him to move the body of the nurse when he left prison, with his help.

Following these revelations, the young woman was arrested on December 15 for “concealment of a corpse”. Questioned by the gendarmes of Gaillac, she was finally detained only 38 hours, out of the legal 48 hours, for lack of evidence.

Anxious for the truth to come out in the Jubillar affair, Marco indicated that he wanted justice to provide answers to the children of the Jubillar couple. To prove his good faith, he would have added that he had absolutely nothing to gain in this case, given that his release was imminent (the man was released in October 2021 according to The Parisian).

Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
