The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is asking for the public’s help in finding a 22-year-old young man who has been missing since February 3.
Frédéric Morissette was last seen in Saint-André-Avellin, when he was supposed to go to the Gatineau sector.
“The investigation leads us to focus field research in the Hull sector,” said the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), which asked for help from residents who live in the quadrilateral of Allumettières and Maisonneuve boulevards and Laurier and Eddy to check the courtyard of their residence.
“Any trace that may indicate the passage of an individual could contribute to ongoing research,” said the SQ.
According to information shared by the SQ on Monday, he could travel in a black 2020 Nissan Sentra vehicle, registered E21WCX.
Frédéric Morissette is 1.78 meters (5 feet 10 inches) tall and weighs 86 kg (190 pounds). He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black Arc’teryx coat, blue jeans, a turquoise sweater with a flamingo, and Salomon-style winter boots.
“His loved ones have reason to fear for his health and safety,” the SQ said.
