Hiriartia Restaurant

It was 4 years ago that Christian Dupleissy decided to set up Hiriartia, this typical Basque restaurant with Guillaume Etchegorry in the kitchen. Together, they decide to make it a welcoming and warm place, with typical Basque dishes, à la carte and according to the seasons. They also offer a working-class meal every day of the week that is perfect for all budgets.

Fantagaro Stable

Created in 2013, the Ecurie Fantagaro has become an essential place in the village. Stéphane and Manu are at the origin of it and have developed a real place in which it is good to live, around the horse, but not only. If you go for a ride in Fantagaro, you will be greeted by various animals, such as turkeys, sheep, ponies, a peacock…
It is a place for the whole family in which there are riding lessons, but also the possibility of pony rides for the little ones.

At the Presbytery of Ahetze

It was in 2021 that Olivia Seurat bought the former Presbytery of Ahetze to transform it into a guest house. Four accommodations are offered with great amenities. It is a place steeped in history since the house has existed since 1861 and Olivia tells us that the inhabitants of the village tell her stories and anecdotes that they have lived in this building. Olivia welcomes you there all year round, whether you are from the area for a getaway for one or more nights or you are just passing through.
