Gastronomy lovers have an appointment in Strasbourg. The party should not be spoiled by the revelation of demotions (five in total, not counting the twenty tables having lost their only badge), which was made a week earlier. If no chef holding three stars had been demoted during the 2021 and 2022 vintages, the guide announced last Monday that the tables of Guy Savoy and Christopher Coutanceau lost their third star, the highest distinction in the world of gastronomy.

Elected best chef in the world for the sixth consecutive time in November, Guy Savoy had held three stars since 2002. Christopher Coutanceau had obtained his third macaroon just before the first confinement in 2020.
