• #UKRAINE France asks French nationals in Ukraine to “leave this country without delay”, in an update to its online travel advice. Until now, France only recommended that its nationals leave the country.
• #UKRAINE The Ukrainian Parliament has introduced a state of emergency in the country in the face of the Russian threat, for a period of one month. The country has also called for an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council.
• #abortion Parliament adopted the extension from 12 to 14 weeks of the legal period for abortion, to respond to a lack of practitioners and the gradual closing of centers.
