Russian troops have chased the Ukrainian army from downtown Sievierodonetsk, the Ukrainian General Staff announced on Monday (June 13th). Civilians killed in Lysychansk. TrThree civilians, including a six-year-old boy, have been killed in shelling of this eastern city in the past 24 hours, according to the governor of the Lugansk region.
