Was it his support for the offensive in Ukraine that motivated the perpetrator? Or his claimed proximity to Vladimir Putin? Investigators are not favoring any leads at this time.

Last night, Oleksandr Nakonetchny’s wife heard the sound of gunfire in their apartment before discovering her husband’s body shot.
