According to her family, 14-year-old Dinah was harassed by other teenage girls for more than two years, before taking her own life. A white march will be organized in the afternoon of Sunday, October 24 in Mulhouse, in order to honor his memory.

Dinah, 14, had just entered high school. On October 5, the young girl ended her life at her home in Kingersheim (Haut-Rhin). Since the tragic incident, her family has denounced on social networks the school bullying of which she would have been the victim. She had made a first suicide attempt in March 2020. “Everyone called her a dirty lesbian, a dirty Arab too“, tells his brother on France Bleu.”On the second attempt, you won’t fail. We hope you kill yourself and get to die“, would also have told him his harassers.

By changing establishment, Dinah had gradually rebuilt. However, she met her harassers again in the school canteen, common to several establishments. This meeting would have taken place a few days before his act. The Mulhouse prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation. Dinah’s family and friends have planned to pay a last tribute to her in the afternoon of Sunday, October 24 in Mulhouse, during a white march.
