The Olympic flame continues its walk through the city in the arms of the bearers. Basile Boli started the relay at Notre-Dame de la Garde before passing the torch to Colette Cataldo, 83-year-old OM supporter. Next stop, the Dôme at 3:30 p.m., Lonchamp at 4 p.m., Parc de la Moline at 5 p.m. and the Vélodrome stadium at 5 p.m.

Wednesday evening on the floating track of the Old Port, rapper Jul was the third surprise torchbearer. Hidden under a white hood, it was he who ignited the Olympic cauldron by greeting “the zone” and singing one of his hits. A choice that is causing debate this Thursday in the streets of the city.
