Will she come back to ignite a stage during a concert? His fans have been dreaming about it for more than eleven years. But for that, she would have to feel the need… And unfortunately, Diam’s no longer seems to have that famous flame that could push her to take the microphone again. Her career is well and truly behind her and for nothing in the world she would like to get back into music.

“And I actually think that what made me sad, because there is anger, like the fact that something intimate in my life was stolen from me, but that’s manageable”, confides Diam’s initially in Hello before revealing what had broken her the most following the photo unveiled in which she appeared veiled near a mosque: “But there is above all… me, it was really in relation to the people who loved me… I knew that they (those who revealed the photo of Diam’s veiled when leaving a mosque: editor’s note) were going to break the love that there was between me and the public…”the artist then confessed, totally devastated: “That’s really what hurt me”.
As far as rap is concerned, the chances of seeing Diam’s return seem very low. Since the artist replied to Augustin Trapenard, when he asked her if she still listened to pieces of this style: “No… Frankly, I was not disinterested, but almost, in all that. It’s complicated because my report is really linked to writing. For me, it was really writing and the pen. Much more than the music itself. So that’s not what interests me… that’s it”. Mélanie Georgiades finally concluding, as if to put an end to everyone’s hopes: “It’s not my focus”.
