Detroit Lions | A four-year, 120 million contract for Amon-Ra St. Brown

(Detroit) The Detroit Lions have agreed to a four-year, $120 million contract, of which $77 million is guaranteed, to star wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown, a person familiar with the situation revealed Wednesday.

This person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because financial details of the pact have not been confirmed.

“Four more years,” St. Brown wrote on Instagram.

The Lions selected St. Brown in the fourth round, 112e overall, from the University of Southern California in 2021, and the last campaign was his rookie season.

He was named to the all-star team after helping the Lions win their first sectional title in three decades. The Michigan team also won two playoff games in the same campaign for the first time since winning the NFL title in 1957.

St. Brown set career highs in catches (119), passing yards (1,515) and touchdowns (10) last season. In three campaigns, he totaled 315 catches for 3,588 yards and 21 touchdowns through the air.
