Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau aboard Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express”? This is what some Internet users would like to believe who broadcast, at the beginning of December, the screenshot of a set from the American channel CNN. We see several celebrities who would have taken part in the travels of the pedophile financier to his residence in Florida. Among them: Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, astronaut John Glenn, actor Kevin Spacey, and also, therefore, Justin Trudeau.

Problem: this image, actually photoshopped, was never broadcast on CNN. The original footage, dated November 30, does exhibit the portrait of six men. But not Justin Trudeau. And for good reason: the testimony behind this prestigious guest list never mentioned the Canadian Prime Minister.

This testimony is that of Lawrence Paul Visoski, the former pilot of Jeffrey Epstein’s plane. In the front row for many years, he intervened in the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell which opened on November 29. The latter is being prosecuted for sex trafficking of minors and complicity of the billionaire, her ex-companion, found hanged in his cell in 2019.

In the press, the reports of this hearing day and journalists’ live-tweets – including those of CNN – are formal: not once, Justin Trudeau is mentioned in the case of these private flights. Instead, the American diplomat and senator from Maine, George Mitchell, is mentioned. Which, him, appears well on the gallery of portraits broadcast live by CNN.
