One year after his indictment and his placement under judicial supervision with a ban on participating in or organizing training related to health, well-being or naturopathy, the guru of “raw eating”, Thierry Casasnovas continues to hold paid conferences, reports France Bleu Roussillon, Monday May 13.

On Saturday, Thierry Casasnovas held a paid conference – 10 euros for entry – at the private Belric estate in Montescot, near Perpignan (Pyrénées-Orientales) in front of nearly 300 people. Thierry Casasnovas has been indicted since March 2023 for “breach of trust, forgery and use of forgery, illegal practice of medicine, illegal practice of pharmacy, deceptive commercial practices, misuse of corporate assets, money laundering and abuse of weakness”.

“I have been designated public enemy number one”

The Perpignan public prosecutor’s office confirms to France Bleu Roussillon that Thierry Casasnovas is still placed under judicial supervision, with a ban on giving internships or training related to health. For the interministerial mission of vigilance and fight against sectarian aberrations, Miviludes, this man has a “real mental influence on its subscribers”. However, this conference, the location of which was kept secret until the day before, was not banned by the authorities, indicates France Bleu.

In his defense, he presents himself as a simple naturopath. “As if I were Pablo Escobar, I was designated as public enemy number one, while I, in my small way, all I do is simply, almost naively, want to share health principles , which initially worked for me, that’s all it is”, assures Thierry Casasnovas.
