I have already recommended the 2017 and the 2018. The Descregut Corpinnat Brut Nature Reserva 2019 follows in the same vein, just as good, and its price remains unchanged.
The Corpinnat mention concerns a small group of winegrowers who have abandoned the Cava appellation for their sparkling wines, which they produce in a much more natural way and closer to the terroir. Made with mainly xarel-lo, supplemented with a little macabeo and parellada, it opens with a fine, very fresh nose, with notes of pear, yellow apple, with a hint of brioche and sweet hay. Very dry, with fine and persistent bubbles, it offers a fresh and lively mouth that stretches on a slightly chalky finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, or to accompany a green vegetable frittata, fish and chips, fish tartare or sashimi.
