In the fight against climate hazards, the word “densification” should always be associated with that of “decentralization”. If the densification of urban cores is necessary, the decentralization of economic activities is just as necessary.

Why not create medium-sized towns by decentralizing activities, improving living environments and limiting travel? Why is the Ministry of Culture not gradually settling in Val-David? That of the Economy, in Montmagny? And that of Tourism, in Petite-Vallée?
