Denis Villeneuve paid tribute to his friend Jean-Marc Vallée, who died suddenly at the age of 58.

Like Denis Villeneuve, who directed the blockbuster Dune, released earlier this year, Jean-Marc Vallée was successful in Hollywood. He notably directed the films Dallas Buyers Club, awarded at the Oscars, and Wild.
He also signed the successful series achievement Big Little Lies, aired on HBO.
