Denis Guyon’s famous whole kidneys from Auberge du Gros

Offering a cuisine that can be broadly described as anchored in its region, Lorraine, and more specifically Moselle. The Auberge du Gros, in Landremont, is an institution for a good number of Messins and Messines. But Denis Guyon is in himself an emblem of good cooking.
