Major-General Steve Boivin, commander of Canada’s Special Operations Forces, says a first case was brought to the command’s attention on 1er February and a second on February 10.

The process to expel the two soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces would have been undertaken, according to General Boivin.

He adds that disciplinary investigations were underway.

A third soldier was also placed under the magnifying glass of the investigators, but this one is not a member of the special forces, said General Boivin.

If these allegations were true, the soldiers involved would go against military values and ethics, he said.
