(Orléans) New legal step in the family of actor Alain Delon: French justice indicated Wednesday that his youngest son, Alain-Fabien, had filed a complaint against his sister Anouchka for “abuse of weakness to the detriment of their father” , aged 88.
Alain-Fabien Delon, aged 29, filed his complaint on December 22 at the Château-Renard gendarmerie, according to the Montargis public prosecutor’s office.
A preliminary investigation was entrusted to the Orléans research section and the Montargis research brigade, said the Montargis public prosecutor Jean-Cédric Gaux.
Questioned on Tuesday by the BFMTV news channel, the youngest of the siblings denounced the “scoundrel, mafioso methods” of his sister Anouchka, aged 33, accusing her of “passing for the darling little girl, the person who is so concerned and worried about her father’s health.”
“If you were really concerned about your father’s state of health, you would have come for Christmas,” he was indignant.
Alain-Fabien Delon published on Instagram on Sunday what he presents as the recording of a conversation between his father and his sister, in which a woman’s voice addresses a man she calls “dad”. “We are taking you for a moron […] and I’m an idiot who manipulates her father,” we hear.
Anthony Delon, 59, revealed the family conflict in an interview with the weekly celebrity Paris Match THURSDAY. Affirming that his father is “weakened” and “diminished”, he indicated that he had filed a complaint against his sister, accusing her of not having informed him of their father’s failure in “five cognitive tests” between 2019 and 2022.
After these comments, Alain Delon, “extremely shocked by the media outburst orchestrated by his son Anthony”, announced, via his lawyer, that he wanted to file a complaint for defamation.
The next day, Anthony criticized his sister for wanting to “bring back” their father to Switzerland – of which the cinema legend has been a citizen since 1999 – to avoid “a huge tax” post-mortem. Alain Delon would like, according to his son, to spend the end of his life in his home in Douchy-Montcorbon.
In response, Anouchka Delon confirmed on Sunday that she had filed a complaint against Anthony for defamation. She claims to have wanted to take her father to Switzerland “so that he could be treated” “by specialists”.
