A delivery man on a scooter was fatally hit on Thursday, September 12 in Rosny-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) by a reckless driver who had just refused to comply.
A delivery man on a two-wheeler was fatally hit during the night from Thursday to Friday in Rosny-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) by a reckless driver after refusing to comply. The victim was hit around 11 p.m. and was discovered lying on the ground by the police, on the road taken by the fleeing vehicle. Despite the care provided, the man died in the evening. The reckless driver had committed a refusal to comply in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) around 10:30 p.m.
The driver’s vehicle was then found burned out by police near a park in Rosny-sous-Bois. No arrests have been made so far. The Bobigny public prosecutor’s office (Seine-Saint-Denis) has opened an investigation into aggravated refusal to comply, aggravated involuntary manslaughter and dangerous damage.
