The human rights defender can help you
The Defender of Rights is an independent institution responsible for defending rights and freedoms. 5 areas of expertise:
- the relationship with public services (ex: a person who no longer receives their allowances for several months but who cannot get a response from the administration)
- the defense of the rights of the child (e.g. a deaf child who is refused to participate in a school trip)
- the fight against discrimination (ex: a couple of women who are refused the rental of an apartment)
- compliance with ethics by security professionals (e.g. a police officer who refuses to take a complaint)
- orientation and protection of whistleblowers (e.g. an employee who wants to know where to turn to denounce corruption in his company)
