Health authorities reported Wednesday 1,777 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, a drop of 30 from the previous day. Of these, 42 patients are in intensive care, seven fewer.
Quebec also reports 11 additional deaths from the disease, but none in the past 24 hours, and officially lists 908 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,177,843 infections have been reported, and 16,374 of them have been fatal.
