The landslide occurred after several hours of heavy rains caused by the typhoon, when a hillside gave way and swallowed a house, VNExpress reported, citing local authorities.
Four people were killed Saturday when roofs blew away, disaster management authorities said. In Hai Duong province, a man was killed Friday when a tree fell in strong winds. Yagi made landfall in northern Vietnam with winds of over 149 km/h.
