The public prosecutor of Paris had ordered investigations to determine the circumstances of the death of the writer, the doctor who came to certify the death having refused to issue burial permit. According to the first findings, Jean Teulé would be word of a cardiac arrest, probably linked to a violent food poisoning triggered by a dinner which took place a few days before, on October 15 in a restaurant located in the Marais in Paris where the couple he formed with the actress had his habits.
The investigation is still ongoing, according to information fromParis here. Thereby, “the autopsy and the toxicological examinations, the results of which will decide the possible responsibility of the restaurant, have not yet been communicated.“. However, the body of the artist, who was “placed in the forensic institute since October 18, finally returned to the family, while the funeral has been authorized“, specifies the magazine which does not yet know the exact date.
