The sad news fell on Tuesday afternoon: Grichka Bogdanoff died, at the age of 72, in a Parisian hospital, as a result of the Covid-19. His death was confirmed by his agent to AFP on December 28. The animator and essayist keen on science leaves behind his twin brother Igor Bogdanoff, who has also been hospitalized since mid-December. “Surrounded by the love of his family and his loved ones, Grichka Bogdanoff passed away peacefully, on December 28, 2021, to join his stars“, wrote his relatives, in the statement sent by his agent.
The very last appearance of Grichka Bogdanoff (or Bogdanov) was last November on social networks. Accompanied by his brother Igor, he relayed a promotional video for a debate organized on November 20 in Paris, at the Salle Gaveau, on the occasion of the publication of the book God, science, evidence by Michel-Yves Bolloré and Olivier Bonnassies (Guy Tredaniel editions). Fit and enthusiastic, Grichka then announced: “For the first time, a meeting between two fields that never speak to each other: on the one hand, God, on the other, science, he had launched, all smiles. Before this debate, the Bodganoff brothers had given an interview to Jordan de Luxe on his show for the channel Non Stop People, in June.
