On January 19, French cinema was in full mourning after the death of Gaspard Ulliel, winner of the César for Best Male Newcomer in 2005 for his role in A long engagement Sundayas well as Best Actor for his performance in Just the end of the world in 2017.
The 37-year-old actor had been the victim of a serious skiing accident in the Rosière area in Savoie. He was found unconscious by rescuers before being transported by helicopter to the Grenoble University Hospital, where he will finally breathe his last.
