But this Saturday, the couple responded to Prince William’s invitation: ignoring the quarrel that has kept them apart for two years, the Prince of Wales offered them to come and meditate with him and his wife, Kate Middleton.
The two couples, who had not appeared together since March 2020, then admired the flowers placed in tribute by the British on the gates of Windsor Palace, before going to greet the huge crowd present. While talking with the people, they also collected the bouquets of flowers, which they then gave to assistants responsible for arranging them near the palace.
And it is precisely one of those assistants who particularly annoyed Meghan Markle ! While she was talking with a member of the public and holding flowers, a man, dressed in black, seems to have wanted to take the bouquet from her to go and put it himself… which she did not like at all.
