Monday, September 19 will be the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. Among the 2,000 guests, some have already arrived on site in London. “Joe Biden has been in London since last night, as have the Prime Ministers of Canada, Australia and New Zealand, three important Commonwealth countries”, highlighted journalist Matthieu Boisseau, live from London, sunday September 18. “Other leaders are expected to arrive throughout the day as there will be 500 on Monday for the Queen’s funeral. Emmanuel Macron is expected in the evening”he continues.
“All Heads of State who so wish will also be able to pray in front of the coffin of Queen Elizabeth II. They will not have to join the huge queue (…) both for agenda issues and for security issues”explains Matthieu Boisseau. This Sunday, a reception at Buckingham Palace is also planned, the first major reception for King Charles III.
