For the past few days, it has been omnipresent on the markets and it will conquer our plates throughout the summer.

Zucchini, we have been eating it since the Paleolithic, that is to say about 3 million years ago and yet we often lack ideas for cooking it. Because, this vegetable rich in vitamins C and water, frankly does not have much taste.
