The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, condemned Sunday, October 31, the tags calling for the murder and rape of police officers, discovered Saturday evening in Savigny-le-Temple (Seine-et-Marne). “One can think that it is because, or thanks, to the numerous interventions (of the police) and to this harassment of the points of deal (…) that there are these unacceptable reactions”, said the Minister of the Interior to the press, during a trip to the police station of this town classified as a priority security zone (ZSP).
“Here in Savigny this week, (there were) six arrests, including a very important one”, linked to drug trafficking, detailed Gérald Darmanin. The authors of the tags, found in the hall of a building without the date of their registration being known, in particular drew up a “bonus table”, inviting to “cut off the head of a policeman” Where “rape a policewoman” for 500,000 euros and “raffall (sic) the police with Kalashnikov” for 100,000 euros.
An investigation has been opened for threats to people holding public authority and entrusted to departmental security, the Melun prosecutor’s office told AFP. “These tags of incredible violence uttered death threats with absolutely abject prices”, reacted in a press release the prefecture of Seine-et-Marne, assuring that “the fight against all trafficking will intensify in the days to come”.
