Dany Boon and Kad Merad reunited again in a film

It has been nine years since Dany Boon and Kad Merad worked together in a film. Invited on the 13 Hours set, none of them seem to be sulking about their joy at sharing the poster for life for real, directed by the comedian from the North, in theaters this Wednesday, April 19. Fifteen years ago, the two friends met on the set of Welcome to the Ch’tisAnd now : ”the chemistry was there”, recalls Dany Boon.

In his eighth feature film, the latter plays Tridan, a GO who has lived his whole life at Club Med and arrives at his half-brother, Kad Merad, to find his childhood sweetheart, played by Charlotte Gainsbourg. After so much waiting, the two accomplices did not leave during the several weeks of filming, the actor even going so far as to stay with his director.
